We are seeking multiple well-rounded candidates with varying levels of professional experience (0-8+), who are passionate about design and construction at all levels, and who possess conceptual talent, technical ability, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidates have the following credentials and abilities:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited school (required)
- Strong organizational skills and verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, including hand sketching
- Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for self-motivated learning, discovery, and improvement
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow in a collaborative studio environment
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with consultant teams and contractors
- Experience managing and producing architectural contract documents
- Construction administration experience
- Experience with high-end institutional and commercial projects
- Experience and proficiency with CAD or BIM software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital modeling
- Architectural license and LEED AP credentials preferred but not required
