APS’s centralized Quality Control team ensures that our customers receive the consistency, accuracy, and timeliness on their projects regardless of location.

This position will be focused on our As-Built-Survey product line which provides critical building documentation for our clients in the commercial and retail fields. The main task of this position is to review the work performed by our BIM Modeling and drafting teams against our field notes, 3D scan data, and other resources to ensure our deliverables are fully coordinated as well as produced to our internal standards. Essential credentials include:
• 1 to 10 years’ experience in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Building Construction Management, or other related field.

BIM Manager

This position will be aligned with APS’s BIM Modeling and drafting teams who work independently and collaboratively to develop existing conditions Revit models, CAD files and PDFs based on our field documentation. Our field documentation varies by project and client need, but will include field sketches and measurements, 3DVR documentation, and point cloud data (gathered from infrared and/or laser scanners). Additionally, this position will support our internal Revit needs for our centralized Quality Control (QC) team which ensures that our customers receive the consistency, accuracy, and timeliness on their projects regardless of location

This position will be focused on managing our Revit standards and implementation as well as other tasks to assist the As-Built production team which includes:
• Managing existing Revit assets (templates, CAD export settings, family resources, etc)
• Developing new Revit assets on a per job, project, or client basis
• Maintaining existing and creating new internal Revit standards
• Assisting internal QC teams with confirming models meet Revit LOD production standards
• Performing internal QC review when needed
• If required, developing interior prototype implementation design direction drawings (non-permitted) as well as reviewing similar work prepared by others

Essential credentials include:
• 4 to 10+ years’ experience in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Building Construction Management, or other related field

AIA Continuing Education (CE) Providers submit more than 28,000 learning programs for review and deliver more than 1.3 millions hours of education every year. As the Manager, CES Provider Support and Course Reviews, you will work with AIA’s 3,000+ continuing education providers to shape AIA’s continuing education program. You will review course submissions to determine eligibility for AIA continuing education credit, support member and provider audits, and provide project support of the team. This position reports to the Director, Continuing Education Services.
Job Duties:
Overall duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the PD&R continuing education services and completing assigned projects and other duties as outlined below.

• Review AIA submitted CE programs to determine compliance with AIA CE standards and eligibility for AIA CE credit
