2026 Design Awards Entry Form

AIA Virginia’s Awards for Excellence in Architecture recognize outstanding design, built and unbuilt, from the past seven years.

Note: The entrant must be a member of AIA Virginia to be eligible to receive the member discount. The submitting AIA Virginia member must be a contributor to the design team.
All entries must be the work of AIA Virginia members OR the work of licensed architects with an office in Virginia. If you are an AIA member of another state, you can become an unassigned member here: https://www.aiava.org/unassigned-membership-2/

ENTRY FEES
AIA Virginia Member entry fees:
First Project: $220.00
Each Additional Project: $190.00
The Small Projects Category has a reduced entry fee of $150

Non-member entry fees:
First Project: $305.00
Each Additional Project: $280.00
The Small Projects Category has a reduced entry fee of $250

Firm Mailing Address*
All entries must be the work of architects who are members of AIA Virginia or non-member architects with an office in Virginia. The entrant must be a contributor to the design team. To be eligible to receive the member discount, the entrant must be a member of AIA Virginia. If you are a member of any other state component, you can become an unassigned member of AIA Virginia (email cguske@aiava.org for application), and only then can you use the member rates.
