The Virginia Building and Code Officials Association in cooperation with the Chesterfield County Department of Building Inspection and VSAIA, is holding a number of building code update seminars. The seven hour course covers important changes to the building code provisions of the 2009 Virginia Construction Code (IBC) (4 hours) & 2009 Virginia Residential Code (IRC) (3 hours).
A total of seven AIA/CES Learning Units (HSW) can be earned for these events. The cost is $40 whether one or both sessions are attended.
