On Tuesday, Oct. 20, Vice President for Government Affairs William Brown, AIA, met with David Bulova to discuss AIA Virginia’s legislative agenda. Brown delivered a copy of the Virginia Accord and spent some time discussing our support of the Accord’s principles, Qualifications Based Selection (QBS), and other public procurement issues.
