Project Delivery Symposium: Delivering the Future

AIA National and the Project Delivery Knowledge Community present the Project Delivery Symposium: Delivering the Future. The symposium will concentrate on project delivery strategies and their critical place at the nexus of transformational forces. For the first time, discussions of accountability, trust and commitment are regularly heard in the studio and at the job site. This symposium will broaden the conversation among owners, architects, engineers, constructors, and all parties to the building industry.

Project Delivery Strategies

As alternative delivery methods become more prevalent, there are more options for owners in selecting the best project delivery strategy for the project. This session will focus on these options, including CMat Risk, Two-Step Design Build, Progressive Design Build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

Owners Panel: Public Sector

In the Public sector, delivery strategies are often legacy driven or limited by procurement laws. In this session, a panel of Federal Owners will discuss their approaches to project delivery strategy, challenges they encounter and opportunities for success.
