As more people become vaccinated for COVID 19, many architecture firms are expecting to return to in-person work in some capacity this year. As you continue to focus on keeping your employees safe, how do you respond to employees who choose not to get the COVID-19 vaccine? Are you required to provide accommodations? This program discusses the full range of employment law issues and practical considerations facing employers when setting return-to-work office policy and managing human resources during the reopening process.
