Effective February 1, 2026, AIA Virginia will no longer sell AIA Contract Documents.
This change is due to AIA Contract Documents transitioning from in-house production to an external vendor, which has resulted in significant pricing and distribution changes nationwide.
What’s Changing
- Paper AIA Contract Documents will now be sold directly through the external provider.
- Pricing for paper documents has increased substantially.
- Many documents will no longer be reprinted once the current inventory is depleted and will be available only in digital format (Documents on Demand).
New Pricing (Effective February 4, 2026)
- Paper Single Agreements: $39.99 → $119.97
- Paper Forms (50-pack): $199.99 → $599.97
Remaining Paper Inventory at AIA Virginia (While Supplies Last)
We currently have limited stock of the following documents available for purchase until inventory is depleted:

- G703 (1992) -1
- G704 (2017)- 1
- G702 (1992) – 4
- G707 (1994) – 5
To place an order, simply download, print, complete, and email the documents order form to Keesha Ezell, kezell@aiava.org.
Once these documents are sold out, they will no longer be available through AIA Virginia.
Future Purchases
After our remaining inventory is exhausted, all AIA Contract Documents—paper and digital—must be purchased directly through the AIA Contract Documents platform at www.aiacontracts.com.
