Our team members are dedicated to strong design and enhancing our communities through our work and civic engagement, a passion we nurture through close mentoring, skill building, and exploring the best of the region. As we celebrate our 35th year of practice, we're building a team that's ready to grow with us. We're looking for licensed and experienced architects who aren’t just thinking about the next project, but about the next chapter of their career.

In addition, you will:

  • Generate conceptual designs for projects of various scales and sizes
  • Participate in business development, including proposal development and interview participation
  • Execute construction documents and manage projects through construction

What You'll Bring

  • Active architecture license with 5+ years of professional experience
  • Clear presentation and graphic capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in current Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
  • Experience collaborating in Lumion, Enscape, and Sketchup
  • Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and ethical
