The AIA Leadership Academy is a comprehensive, three-year professional development experience built around people, growth, practice, and community. Participants in AIA Virginia’s Emerging Leaders in Architecture (ELA) program are well-qualified and well-suited for the National platform that the Leadership Academy is designed to address.
The LA is a premier program designed for architects by architects with expertise from leadership development professionals and academic deans and professors. Designed to cost about $500 per month, it is an economical program for firms considering the average cost of similar programs in business schools is almost 10 times that amount.
Applications are now open for online submission and are due September 9, 2019. Successful applicants will be notified in October. The first session will be held in late January 2020.
