University students pursuing a degree in architecture are invited to attend Architecture Exchange East, in Richmond, Virginia, as guests of the Virginia Society AIA, on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014, beginning with the Keynote Address featuring Brian MacKay-Lyons, Hon. FAIA, at 2:30 p.m. Following the Keynote Address, students are invited to meet our vendors and explore the exhibit hall until 5 p.m. at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.  We look forward to seeing the students at ArchEx!

Keynote Presenter
In over 30 years of work, Brian MacKay-Lyons, Hon. FAIA and his firm have built an international reputation for design excellence, winning more than 100 awards, including two AIA Honor Awards. MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects has been featured in more than 300 publications and 100 exhibitions. Reminiscent of Taliesen or the Rural Studio, MacKay-Lyons also runs the Ghost Architectural Lab, which won an AIA Institute Honor Award in 2012.

Registration
Space is limited and the deadline to qualify for free admission is Oct. 7. Students registering after Oct. 7, will be charged a $40 registration fee.
